"Ænema" is the third single off American rock band Tool's second studio album Ænima. The song was released in August 9, 1997.

On the Billboard charts, "Ænema" was able to peak at #25 on Mainstream Rock Songs.[1] In 1998, the song won a Grammy Award in the category of Best Metal Performance.[2]
