Albert Garza Bustamante (April 8, 1935 – November 30, 2021) was an American politician. He was a member of the United States House of Representatives, representing Texas's 23rd district from 1985 until 1993.[1] He was a Democrat.
Bustamante died on November 30, 2021 in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 86.[2]
