Andrew Peter Harris (born January 25, 1957) is an American Republican politician and physician.[1] He has been the U.S. representative for Maryland's 1st congressional district since 2011. He is the only Republican member of Maryland's congressional delegation.

Harris was first elected to Congress in 2010, after beating Democratic incumbent Frank Kratovil in the general election.

Harris became the chair of the House Freedom Caucus in September 2024, after his predecessor, Bob Good, lost his Republican primary in June 2024.[2]
