The BYD F0 is a City car made by BYD from 2008 to 2015, it replaced the BYD Flyer.
History and Features
The BYD F0 was launched at the Guangzhou Auto Show im 2007.[2] it was first called BYD F1 but to avoid issues with the Formula 1 BYD changed the name to F0 the car has a design similar to the Toyota Aygo it has a 1.0 liter petrol engine with a 5-speed both manual and automatic transmissions the improved version was debuted at the Beijing Auto Show in 2014.[3]
Markets
The BYD F0 was sold mainly in China but it was exported to many countries in Latin America Africa and Asia it was also exported to Russia and Ukraine.
Discontinuation
The production of The BYD F0 ended in 2015 but a electric version of the car branded under the "e" series called BYD e1 was launched in 2019.
