Baker is a small city in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana, United States, and a part of the Baton Rouge Area. It is the third-largest city in East Baton Rouge Parish. The population was 12,455 at the 2020 census, an decrease of 1,440 persons from the 13,895 people counted in the 2010 census.[2]
