Bangladesh Television

Bangladesh Television also called BTV, is National Television channel of Bangladesh. The channel started in 1964 as part of Pakistan Television in East Pakistan. After the independence of Bangladesh in 1971, it was renamed as Bangladesh Television.BTV is the oldest Bengali-language television channel in the world,[1] and also the oldest television channel in Bangladesh. It works together with Bangladesh Betar, the state owned radio broadcaster.[2][3]
