Basdeo Panday (May 25, 1933 – January 1, 2024) was a Trinidadian politician. He was the fifth Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago.[1] He served as Prime Minister from 1995 to 2001.
Panday died on January 1, 2024 at a hospital in Jacksonville, Florida from pneumonia at the age of 90.[2][3]
