Belle is a city in Maries and Osage counties in the U.S. state of Missouri.
Since 1895, Belle Post Office has been in existence. It's unclear why this community was given the name Belle. The Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad, also referred to as the Rock Island, had Belle as a depot.
