Robert Stanley “Bobby” Whitlock (March 18, 1948 – August 10, 2025) was an American singer-songwriter and musician. He was known for being the keyboardist and vocalist in the blues-rock band Derek and the Dominos, which he co-founded with Eric Clapton in 1970. He was born in Memphis, Tennessee.

Whitlock died under hospice care in Ozona, Texas on August 10, 2025 from cancer at the age of 77.[1][2]
