Burquitlam station

Burquitlam is a train station in Coquitlam, British Columbia. It is located at 548 Clarke Road. It is owned by TransLink and is used by the SkyTrain in the Metro Vancouver area for their Millennium Line.

The station was built in 2016 and opened on December 2. When TransLink was building the Evergreen Extension for the Millennium Line, they decided to open the station which became Burquitlam station. The station is named after the Burquitlam community where the station is located.[1]

It is an elevated station with two tracks and side platforms. It is preceded by Lougheed Town Centre towards VCC–Clark and ends at Moody Centre towards Lafarge Lake–Douglas. In 2024, it was ranked at #33 of the 54 busiest stations in use for the SkyTrain.[2]

The station serves as a connection for the 143, 151, 156, 157, 180, and N9 TransLink and HandyDART bus services.[3]

Around the station is Burquitlam Plaza and Burquitlam Park.
