Caetés (Portuguese pronunciation: [kɐ.eˈtɛs], locally: [ka.ɛˈtɛs], Caaetes) is a Brazilian municipality in the state of Pernambuco, in northeastern Brazil. It is the birthplace of former president of Brazil Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.
