Chenglei Ipan Lanthaba was a king of the Ningthouja dynasty of Ancient Kangleipak (early Manipur) who ruled from 948 CE to 968 CE.[1] During his reign, people from the Luwang clan came to the Luwangli river and were defeated by him.[2][3]

He was the son of Ningthoucheng[4] and the father of Yanglou Keiphaba.[5]
