Glen Clay Higgins (born August 24, 1961) is an American Republican politician and reserve law enforcement officer. He has been the U.S. representative for Louisiana's 3rd congressional district since 2017.[1] He is a member of the House Freedom Caucus, and his political views have been seen as far-right.[2]
