Cleopa David Msuya (4 January 1931 – 7 May 2025) was a Tanzanian politician. He was Prime Minister of Tanzania from 7 November 1980 to 24 February 1983 and again from 7 December 1994 to 28 November 1995.[1][2][3]
Msuya died from heart failure on 7 May 2025 at the age of 94, at a hospital in Dar es Salaam.[4][5]
