Cryme Tyme was a professional wrestling tag team that was signed to World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) and wrestled on their SmackDown brand. The team wrestled together for 4 years until they broke up on April 2, 2010. The team consisted of Shad Gaspard and JTG. They were a parody of gangstas.
In 2014, they reunited on the independent circuit. They teamed until 2020. On May 17, 2020, Gaspard drowned while he saving his son.[3] Shad was given the Warrior Award at the WWE Hall of Fame in 2022.[4]
