Daniel Hagary (Hebrew: דניאל הגרי (Hebrew: דניאל הגרי) - born 1976, Jaffa, Israel), is an Admiral in the Israeli military, and serves as the unit chief spokesperson for the Israeli army. He previously served as the Chief of the Israeli Navy Operations Directorate, Assistant Chief of Staff, Commander Shayat 13 and Chief of Staff's Office. He was appointed spokesman for the Israeli military in 2023 and made his most prominent appearance in the 2023 escalation of the Israel-Gaza war (ar).[1]
