David Frank Kustoff (/ˈkʌstɒf/ KUST-off;[3] born October 8, 1966) is an American politician and attorney. He has been the United States representative from Tennessee's 8th congressional district since 2017. From 2006 to 2008, Kustoff was a United States Attorney for the Western District of Tennessee.
