Sir David Okete Vuvuiri Vunagi, GCMG[1] (5 September 1950 – 7 March 2025)[2] was a retired Solomon Islands Anglican bishop and politician. He was the governor-general of Solomon Islands from 2019 until 2024. He was also the archbishop of Melanesia and bishop of the Diocese of Central Melanesia from 2009 to 2015.
