Doug Owens is an American politician. He has been a member of the Utah House of Representatives since 2021.[1] He ran for the U.S. House of Representatives twice for Utah's 4th District. He was the Democratic nominee for Congress in this district in 2014 and 2016, and he was defeated by Mia Love both times.[2] He is the son of former U.S. Representative Wayne Owens.
