Dream of the Endless, also known as Morpheus, is a character from Neil Gaiman's acclaimed comic book series The Sandman, which was first published in 1989 and also published by DC Comics. Dream is one of the Endless, a family of powerful, anthropomorphic entities that embody universal concepts: Dream, Death, Desire, Despair, Delirium, Destiny, and Destruction.
