Egils Levits (born 30 June 1955) is a Latvian lawyer, political scientist and judge. He was the 10th President of Latvia from July 8, 2019 to July 8, 2023.[1] He was a Member of the European Court of Justice from 2004 until his election as Latvian President in 2019.[2]
