Eiterfeld is a village in Germany in the east of Hesse. It can be found 25 kilometres (16 miles) north of the town of Fulda and 15 kilometres (9.3 miles) south of the town of Bad Hersfeld.
Tourism
The most important building is Burg Fürsteneck, a castle from the Middle Ages. It is preserved and restored competely.
