Erika Lane Kirk (née Frantzve; born November 20, 1988) is an American businesswoman and podcaster who has been the CEO of Turning Point USA since 2025.[1]

Kirk won Miss Arizona USA in 2012 and represented Arizona in Miss USA 2012.[2] She founded Everyday Heroes Like You, a nonprofit supporting charities. She is also the host of the Midweek Rise Up podcast. She also works as a real estate agent at the Corcoran Group in New York City.[3]

Kirk was raised in Scottsdale, Arizona.[4] She studied at Arizona State University, where she studied political science and international relations.

Kirk was married to conservative commentator Charlie Kirk and they had two children. They were married from 2021 until his assassination on September 10, 2025.[5] After her husband's death, Kirk became known for her public speeches about Kirk and for her promise to continue his work.[6][7]
