Francis Thomas "Fay" Vincent Jr. (May 29, 1938 – February 1, 2025) was an American entertainment lawyer and businessman. He was the eighth commissioner of baseball from September 13, 1989 to September 7, 1992.
Vincent died from bladder cancer at a hospital in Vero Beach, Florida, on February 1, 2025, at the age of 86.[1]
