Fernand Joseph St. Germain (January 9, 1928 – August 16, 2014) was an American politician. He served as a U.S. Representative from Rhode Island. He served as a representative from January 3, 1961 through January 3, 1989.
St. Germain died on August 16, 2014 at his home in Newport, Rhode Island, aged 86.[1]
