Final Destination 5 is a 2011 American 3D supernatural horror movie directed by Steven Quale and written by Eric Heisserer. It is a prequel to Final Destination (2000). It is the fifth movie in the Final Destination movie series. It stars Nicholas D'Agosto, Emma Bell, Miles Fisher, Arlen Escarpeta, David Koechner, and Tony Todd with P. J. Byrne.
The movie is about a young man who has a premonition and saves a group of people from death when a suspension bridge begins to collapse. However, Death begins to hunt and kill them one-by-one.[3]
Final Destination 5 was theatrically released on August 12, 2011, and on DVD on December 27, 2011, by Warner Bros. Pictures and New Line Cinema. The movie had mixed reviews from critics. A sixth movie, Final Destination Bloodlines, is scheduled to be released in 2025.
