Florence Delay (fr; 19 March 1941 – 1 July 2025) was a French writer, academic and actress. She was a member of the Académie française, having been elected in 2000. She was also known for playing Joan of Arc in the 1962 Robert Bresson's movie The Trial of Joan of Arc.
Delay died in Paris, France on 1 July 2025, at the age of 84.[1]
