Garlin Gilchrist II (born September 25, 1982) is an American politician, engineer, entrepreneur, and activist. He is the 64th lieutenant governor of Michigan, since January 2019. He is a member of the Democratic Party.[1][2]
In March 2025, Gilchrist announced his candidacy for governor of Michigan in the 2026 gubernatorial election.[3]
