Hector "Torten" Goetinck (5 March 1886 – 26 June 1943) was a Belgian football player and manager. He managed the Belgium national team at the 1930 and 1934 FIFA World Cup.
In 1943, he was killed during a World War II bombing raid in Knokke-Heist, when a bomb fell on the hotel he was staying at.[1]
