Count Henri II de Baillet-Latour, 1 March 1876 – 6 January 1942) was a Belgian aristocrat. He was the third President of the International Olympic Committee (IOC).[1]
Baillet-Latour was born in Brussels and died there from a heart attack, aged 65.
