Henry McMahon

Sir Arthur Henry McMahon (1862-1949) was the British chief commissioner in Baluchistan from 1907 to 1908 and from 1909 to 1911.[1] From 1915 to 1917, during World War I, he was the British high commissioner in Egypt. [2]
