Herbert C. "Herb" Klein (June 24, 1930 – November 24, 2023) was an American businessman, attorney, and politician. He represented New Jersey in the United States House of Representatives.[1] He was widely called as one of New Jersey's foremost trial lawyers and was the lead counsel in some of the most important trials in the state.
Klein died on November 24, 2023 in Clifton, New Jersey at the age of 93.[2]
