Heves County

Heves is an administrative county in northern Hungary. The capital of Heves county is Eger. It borders with the Hungarian counties Pest, Nógrád, Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén and Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok. In 2019, 294,609 people lived there. Its area is 3,638 km².
