"Industrial Disease" is a 1982 song by British rock band Dire Straits. It was taken from their fourth studio album Love over Gold. It went to number 4 in the United States and was a B-side in the United Kingdom to the single Private Investigations. It deals with the strike of the British television in the early 1980s.
