The International Federation for Equestrian Sports (French: Fédération Équestre Internationale, FEI) is the international governing body of equestrian sports.[1] It started in 1921.[2] Its president is Ingmar De Vos since 14 December 2014.[3] Its headquarters are in Lausanne, Switzerland.[4]

Disciplines

There are six disciplines (kinds of sports) under FEI:

Reining was under FEI from 2000 to 2021.[11] Horse racing, polo or other equestrian sports are not under FEI.[1]
