Izhitsa okovy

Izhitsa okovy, (Ѷ, ѷ), also known as Izhitsa with double grave accent, is a letter of the Cyrillic script. It is not a separate letter from Izhitsa (Ѵ ѵ) and was used in Early Cyrillic.
