Jamie Muir

Jamie Muir (30 November 1942 – 17 February 2025) was a Scottish painter and musician. He best known for his work as the percussionist in King Crimson from 1972 to 1973. He appeared on their fifth album Larks' Tongues In Aspic. He also worked for Derek Bailey, Evan Parker, and Michael Giles. He was born in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Muir died in Cornwall, England, on 17 February 2025, at the age of 82.[1][2]
