James Guy Tucker Jr. (June 13, 1943 – February 13, 2025) was an American lawyer and politician. He was a member of the Democratic Party. He was the 43rd Governor of Arkansas from 1992 to 1996 and a member of the United States House of Representatives from 1977 to 1979.^[1]

Tucker resigned the governorship after his conviction for fraud during the Whitewater affair.^[2]

Tucker died at a hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas from problems caused by ulcerative colitis on February 13, 2025, at the age of 81.^[1]^[3]
