Joseph Ryan Gruters (born June 7, 1977) is an American politician and accountant. He has been the chairman of Republican National Committee since 2025.

Gruters has also been a member of the Florida Senate since 2018. He is a member of the Republican Party. He was a member of the Florida House of Representatives from 2016 to 2018 and was the chair of the Florida Republican Party from 2019 to 2023.[1]

On July 24, 2025, President Donald Trump announced his support for Gruters to be the next Chair of the Republican National Committee, after Michael Whatley announced he would run for the U.S. Senate in 2026.[2] He won the chair election in August 2025 as no one ran against him.[3]
