John Wall
John Wall (born September 6, 1990) is an American former basketball player. Wall played the point guard position for 11 NBA seasons with the Washington Wizards, Houston Rockets, and Los Angeles Clippers. Considered one of the best point guards of the decade, Wall made 5 All-Star appearances.
Wall was drafted by the Wizards with the first pick in the 2010 NBA Draft after leaving Kentucky. [1] Wall also won the Slam Dunk Contest in 2014, his first All-Star year and the first of five in a row. Wall last played for the Clippers in 2023, and retired at 34 on August 19, 2025.[2]
