José Miguel "Mike" Tuason Arroyo (born June 27, 1945) is a former First Gentleman of the Philippines. He is the husband of Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, the current Representative of the Second District of Pampanga. He is the only male Spouse of a President of the Philippines and Vice President of the Philippines.[1]
