Joseph D. Morelle (/məˈrɛli/ mə-RELL-ee; born April 29, 1957) is an American politician. He has been the U.S. representative for New York's 25th congressional district since 2018. He is a member of the Democratic Party. He was a member of the New York State Assembly.[1] He was elected to the United States House of Representatives for New York's 25th congressional district in November 2018 following the death of longtime Representative Louise Slaughter.
