Juan López

Juan López Alfaro (1823-1874) was Leader of the Free State of Isthmus in Panama from (1840-1841). He was the first inhabitant, entrepreneur & visionary of Antofagasta, commune and city of northern Chile. Don Juan López was Born around 1825 and settled on the antofagastina coast around 1845,[1] when He landed to the south of the current city in the sector called "Punta de Jara". he also was Leader of Panama.
