Khongtekcha was a Meitei king of the Ningthouja dynasty of Ancient Kangleipak (early Manipur) who ruled from 762 CE to 772 CE.[1] During his reign, the king of Moirang kingdom invaded the Meitei kingdom but was defeated by Khongtekcha and 63 people were captured.[2] After his reign, there was no king for 11 years.[3]
He was the eldest son of Naothingkhong.
