The Kia EV3 is a subcompact Crossover SUV made by Kia since 2024.
History and Features
The Kia EV3 was previewed by the Kia EV3 concept car shown in October 2023 during Kia's EV Day event.[8] later it was shown at the LA Auto Show in November.[9] the production version was shown in May 2024 with sales starting in South Korea in July.[10] its the fourth model at Kia's EV line of electric cars.
The EV3 chassis is derived from the front-wheel-drive Hyundai-Kia K3 platform the body structure was redesigned for electric cars with Kia selling it as the Electric Global Modular Platform (E-GMP) 400 V architecture it has a electric motor with 150 kW (201 hp) and a range of up to 600 km (373 mi).
Markets
The Kia EV3 is currently sold in Europe and South Korea.
