Le Broc, Alpes-Maritimes

Le Broc, Alpes-Maritimes is a commune. It is found in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region in the Alpes-Maritimes department in the south of France.

History

A fortified settlement called Le Broc (de Braco around 1200, de Broco in 1235) is mentioned in the first half of the 13th century. It included a castle which was located on the rock, on the eastern edge of the town, where we can still see some traces.[1]
