Life of Agony is an American alternative metal band from Brooklyn, New York. It was formed by singer Mina Caputo, bassist Alan Robert and guitarist Joey Z in 1989. The band has released six studio albums. Rolling Stone said their first album, River Runs Red, is one of the greatest metal albums of all time.[1]
