Macaé

Macaé is an Brazilian city in the state of Rio de Janeiro. Its area is 1,216 km². In 2020, 261,501 people lived there. It is the birthplace of the 13th President of Brazil, Washington Luís. It has an football club called Macaé Esporte Futebol Clube.
