Manchester Metropolitan University

The Manchester Metropolitan University is the fourth largest university in the United Kingdom (UK). It was founded as Manchester Polytechnic (a union of existing colleges including the college of art) and later granted the status of a university. Its campus lies between Manchester city centre and the campus of the University of Manchester.
