Marvin Kaplan (January 24, 1927 – August 25, 2016) was an American actor. He was known for providing the voice of Choo-Choo in Top Cat. He was also known for appearing in the comedy movie It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World (1963) and The Great Race.
Kaplan was born on January 24, 1927 in Brooklyn, New York. His career began in 1949. He was married to Rosa Felsenberg from 1973]] until they divorced in 1976.
He died on August 25, 2016 in Burbank, California of heart failure, aged 89.[1]
